Do you provide linens?
Yes, we provide all linens such as sheets and bath towels. you may bring your own blankets if you like.

Do I need a car?
Yes, a car is essential. The nearest village with shops is 3 miles away, the nearest large town is 6 miles from the Farm and unfortunately there is very little public transport available in the area.

Do you live on the farm?
Yes, we live in the main farmhouse, which is close to the cottages, so we are nearby if you need any help or information.

What is your cancellation policy?
With reasonable notice of at least 60 days, credit for your deposit, less a rescheduling fee, will be given to be used during the off season. Refunds will not be made in the event of cancellation or early checkout.

Is the kitchen fully furnished?
Yes, everything from utensils to appliances, pots and pans, and dishes.

Can we check-in earlier?
Yes, providing the cottage is ready as it takes several hours to clean the cottages between guests , but please call for an earlier check-in time as generally its ok if we don't have anyone in you cottage the night prior

Will I be able to use my mobile phone?
Yes. We have not found any problems with the coverage in this area for any of the networks.

How do i find local information
The cottage is owner-managed by Michael and Marie McCabe, and we live over the road from the cottage. We are always on hand to help our guests, and keep you informed of any local events that coincide with your holiday. In addition, the cottage has maps and a local information pack. See also  Links
